It is cloudy in Delhi NCR including Southern Haryana, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. There is a possibility of light rain or thunder at one or two places here. From April 7, rains will start in Vidarbha, Marathwada, Chhattisgarh, and East Madhya Pradesh including Orissa and Telangana which will start affecting the entire country by April 13 or 14.
