Rain is likely in half of India between February 19 and 22, with heavy snowfall expected in the mountains. Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim may also witness snowfall. Rain is forecasted in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Telangana, North Andhra Pradesh, and the Northeastern states. Minimum temperatures remain above normal but are expected to drop in western India after two days.
