Agricultural machines have made farming farming very easy. However, not all farmers are able to buy these machines due to financial difficulties. In such a situation, the central and state governments are running many schemes to increase their availability to the farmers. In many states, agricultural machines are provided to eligible farmers on subsidy.
In this sequence, the Madhya Pradesh government had recently announced to provide agricultural machinery to the farmers of the state for sowing. Under this, rotavator, reversible plow, seed drill and seed cum fertilizer drill were to be provided. At the same time, the beneficiaries had to apply for this scheme from 25 May to 6 June 2022.
But due to the Panchayat elections in the state, the model code of conduct came into force from May 28. Due to this, it has taken some time to release the list of selected farmers. Now the list of selected farmers will be issued only after the code of conduct is removed i.e. after July 15, 2022.
