Due to less westerly winds, now the monsoon will gradually start moving forward. Due to this, rains will increase in Madhya Pradesh from July 8 and in Maharashtra from July 7. The weather of Rajasthan and Gujarat will remain dry and hot for the next few days. Farmer brothers may have to face trouble. Rain is likely to start in Rajasthan from July 9 and in Gujarat from July 10.

Due to the early arrival of monsoon this year, there has been a lot of rain in many areas of the country in the past, but now there is a break on the pace of monsoon for a few days. Due to this, the western districts of Madhya Pradesh will remain untouched by rain. Monsoon is also likely to reach Delhi a week late. Apart from this, heavy rains will continue over Kerala, Coastal Karnataka, Konkan and Goa, East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Northeast states. Light to moderate rain is likely over Telangana, Maharashtra and eastern districts of Madhya Pradesh.
