The monsoon had not yet reached the whole of India that it weakened. Monsoon will not be able to advance for the next 7 or 8 days. Monsoon rains may once again gain momentum from July 8. The weather will remain dry in many parts of Gujarat including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, West districts of Madhya Pradesh, South Uttar Pradesh.

Due to the westerly winds, there has been a break on the monsoon for a week. Due to this, the little rain that was happening in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh may also stop. Weather of most areas of Punjab Haryana Delhi will also remain dry and hot. Whereas, rain will continue over North East India.

Barring the northern districts of Madhya Pradesh, there is a possibility of rain in almost the entire state. Dust storm and light rain may occur in Northwest India between summer and humidity. Monsoon may advance further towards the end of the first week of July. Good rains will continue over parts of East and North East India. Heavy rain is possible along the coasts of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

There are chances of good rains in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Monsoon will remain active over East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Northeast states. Light to moderate rain activities are likely to continue at many places over South India as well. Light rain or dust storm is possible during next 2 days over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh as well as Rajasthan.

Rain will continue in eastern and southern districts of Madhya Pradesh but western districts will remain dry for few days. Punjab, Haryana and West Rajasthan including Delhi may have to wait for monsoon till July. Good rains will continue over East India and North East India. Monsoon is likely to remain subdued over South India as well.

Rain activities are likely to stop in Madhya Pradesh from tomorrow, know the weather forecast

There is a possibility of rain in the eastern districts of Madhya Pradesh today, but from tomorrow most of the areas of Madhya Pradesh will become dry and the rain will stop here. Heavy rain will continue over East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Northeast states including Kokan and Goa and Coastal Karnataka for the next 24 hours. After 24 hours, the continuing rain in Maharashtra including East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan and Gujarat will reduce. The weather of Punjab, Haryana, West Uttar Pradesh and North Rajasthan including Delhi will remain dry.

Monsoon is likely to remain active over the eastern parts of Madhya Pradesh for the next few days. Due to this, heavy rain can be seen. Rain activities have been continuing in Mumbai since yesterday morning, with moderate rain likely to make the weather pleasant at many places. Torrential rain is likely over Coastal Karnataka and Kerala including Konkan and Goa. Heavy rains may continue over Bihar, Jharkhand, East Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Northeast states for the next 4 or 5 days. Northwest India including Delhi will have to wait for more than a week for the monsoon.
