Chances of rain and snowfall between February 17 and 20

Western Disturbance has reached the mountains, due to which there may be light snowfall. Between February 17 and 20, once again the intensity of rain and snowfall will increase in the mountains. Day and night temperatures will now start increasing in many parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra. Day heat will increase over South Chhattisgarh and South Madhya Pradesh including Gujarat and Maharashtra. Coastal districts of Karnataka including Mumbai may experience a severe heat wave.

After February 14, the temperature of Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh may rise again.

After 24 hours, rain and snow will almost stop in the mountains. The weather in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Orissa will be clear.
