For its application, a photo and identity card, PAN card, driving license, voter ID card or Aadhar card is required. Apart from this, a document is also necessary for address proof, for which the farmer has to show the documents related to farming and the measles number. For the veracity of the crop sown, a letter from the head, patwari or sarpanch has to be given. A canceled check is also to be given so that the claim amount is directly credited to the account.
