In this series, the Uttar Pradesh government is also providing a super subsidy of up to Rs 1 lakh to farmers on farming machines. This scheme is being run by the Horticulture Department under the National Horticulture Mission Scheme. Under this scheme, a super subsidy of up to 50% is being given on much other agricultural equipment including disc plough, plough, tractor mounted sprayer, potato digging machine, power thresher and clearwater.
