Combine harvesters, tractors, power tillers and other agricultural implements are highly priced and tax on these instruments is also high, due to which many farmers are unable to use it. In view of this problem of farmers, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has taken a major decision.
In fact, the government of Madhya Pradesh has decided to reduce the huge tax on agricultural implements. In the cabinet meeting held on this issue, it was decided that the tax on agricultural implements has now been reduced by 9%. Explain that earlier, in Madhya Pradesh, farmers had to pay 10% tax on the purchase of agricultural implements, but now it has been reduced to just 1%.
