Farmers will get a grant of 80 thousand rupees for pond construction

Balram Talab Yojana

Agriculture is not possible without water. At the same time, the farmers are facing water scarcity due to the continuously falling groundwater level. Due to this many times, the fields are not even irrigated and the crops get spoiled. However, to deal with this problem, the Madhya Pradesh government is running Balram Talab Yojana. This scheme is being run under the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana.

Under this scheme, financially weak farmers are given grants for the construction of ponds. These ponds are used to collect rainwater. The water is later used to irrigate the field. Due to the availability of sufficient water from these ponds, crop production increases. Due to this farmers get good profit.

To take advantage of this scheme, one has to apply online by visiting the official website of the state government at dbt.mpdage.org. Explain that this grant is given according to the category of the applicants. Where the maximum grant amount of 50% to the small or marginal farmers is 80 thousand rupees and the maximum grant amount of 75% to the farmers of a scheduled caste or scheduled tribe category is Rs 1 lakh. Apart from this, the maximum amount of 40% is given to the general category, 80 thousand rupees.

Know the works of Sarpanch and get your village developed

Know the works of Sarpanch and get your village developed

For the smooth running of the country, arrangements have been made in the constitution at the national level. However, for the development of the country, the development of every village in the country is very important. In such a situation, the arrangement of Gram Panchayat has been made for the upliftment of the village.

According to this system, there is a Gram Panchayat in every village, whose work is handled by the village head. The village head is also known as the village headman and sarpanch. For this post, a qualified person from the same village is selected by the villagers. Who develops the village at every level as a headman for 5 years.

Along with this, the village head is also the first citizen of the village. Being the first citizen of the village, all the responsibilities of the village are on his shoulders. From maintaining peace in the village to development works, the Sarpanch has to take care of everything. At the same time, the works to be done by the village head for the progress of the village are as follows.

  • Implementation of government schemes in the interest of the village

  • Supervise the public distribution system

  • Running schemes like MNREGA smoothly

  • Maintenance of roads in the village

  • Promotion of primary education

  • Running Anganwadi centre smoothly

  • Build a playground and promote sports

  • Keeping the village clean under the cleanliness campaign

  • Implementation of government schemes in the interest of farmers

  • Provision of irrigation

  • Promotion of animal husbandry

  • Cremation and cemetery maintenance

  • Maintaining peace in the village

  • Settlement of disputes

  • Ensuring participation of villagers in Gram Sabha meetings

  • Ensuring participation of backward classes and women

After seeing such a long list of responsibilities towards the village, you must be thinking about the salary of the Sarpanch. So let us tell you that according to the rules of the state government, the salary of the sarpanch is fixed. That is, the salary of a Sarpanch is different in every state. For example, in Uttar Pradesh, the Sarpanch gets Rs 3500 per month and in Haryana, the Sarpanch gets Rs 3000 per month. However, for the implementation of the schemes, lakhs of rupees are given to the chief by the government. Which he uses for the development of the village.

Now this work will be mandatory for cow rearing

Now this work will be mandatory for cow rearing

Often you must have seen cows roaming around in the cities and rural areas. Actually, these are domesticated cows which are left on the streets in case of no milk or helplessness. In such a situation, many animals die due to disease or starvation.

To save the cows from this crisis, the Rajasthan government has implemented strict rules. Under the new cow rearing rule, it has become necessary to take a license for cow rearing in urban and rural areas of the state. However, this license will be valid only for one year. Apart from this, the government has issued more new rules for cow rearing protection.

  • For cow rearing, the animal owner should have 100 yards of space.

  • If a stray animal is found on the roads, a fine of 10 thousand will have to be paid.

  • The ear tag of the animal owner shall be affixed with the name/address of the animal.

  • Animals will have to be kept in a systematic place, tying them in open places will be prohibited.

At the same time, if anyone is found violating these rules issued by the state government, then his license will be cancelled as a fine. After that, he would never be able to do animal husbandry business. According to the state government, due to these rules, about 90% of the animals in the state can be protected.
