How to prevent onion and garlic crop from white rot disease

White rot: in onion and garlic, white rot disease is caused by a fungus called Sclerosium sepi veeram or Sclerosium rolf sai.
Symptoms of this disease: The upper part of onion / garlic rotten near the soil and the white mold forms on the infected part and above the ground, a hard dotted structure is formed like light brown mustard seeds, which are called sclerosia. The infected plants then proceed to wither and then dry up.
Chemical treatment: for prevention of these disease use Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% @ 300 gram/acre or Kasugamycin 5% + Copper Oxychloride 45% WP @ 300 gram/acre or Chlorothalonil 75% WP @ 250 gram/acre or Thiophanate Methyl 70% WP @ 300 gram/acre
Biological treatment: use Pseudomonas Fluorescens@ 250gram/acre or Trichoderma Viride@ 500 gram/acre

In the onion crop, in 50-60 days, the crop can be protected from the pest and fungal diseases as well as by supplementing nutrients.
For insect Spray thiamethoxam 12.6% + lambda cyhalothrin 9.5% ZC @ 80 ml/ acre
For diseases, use chlorothalonil 75%WP@ 400 gram/acre.
Use calcium nitrate @ 10 kg/acre + potash @ 25 kg/acre as soil treatment to manage nutrition in onion crop in 50-60 days
Nutrient management in onion crop to be sprayed as micronutrient @ 250 ml/ acre

Fertilizer management is very important for good production of garlic crops.
Tuber formation in garlic crops is very good if theFertilizer is supplied at the right time.
Use calcium nitrate@ 10 kg/acre + potash@ 25 kg/acre as soil treatment to manage nutrition in onion crop in 50 days.

The staking of plants proves beneficial in tomato cultivation.

For the control of insects that are found in the soil, thiamethoxam 25% WG @ 250 gram/acre used as soil treatment
As spray use Gibberellic acid @ 300 ml/acre or humic acid @ 100 gram/acre or amino acid @ 250 ml/acre
Spray 19:19:19@ 1 kg/acre or 20:20:20@ 1 kg/acre

Potato crop starts to form tubers in 40-45 days.
Due to Rabi season crop, fungal disease and pest infestation occurs a lot
For insect management use Bifenthrin 10 % Ec@ 300 ml/acre or Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG@ 100 gram/acre
For fungal disease management use Thiophanate Methyl 70% WP@ 300 gram/acre or Pseudomonas fluorescens @ 250 gram/acre
For nutrition management use 00:52:34 @ 1 kg/acre + micronutrient@ 250 gram/acre

Okra is one of the main vegetable crop
That is why it is very important to manage nutrition during the flowering stage of okra.
There is a problem of flower drop due to lack of nutrients in okra crop
Due to excessive flowering, crop production is greatly affected.
Due to excessive flower drop, fruit production is greatly affected in the okra crop.
Use Micro-nutrients @ 250gram/acre.
To prevent flower drop,use Homobrassinolide @ 100 ml/acre or Paclobutrazol 40% SC @ 30 ml/acre

In potato crops, mites damage the plant by making a web around the leaves.
Due to mite attack , potato crop appear yellow in patches
The leaf appears yellow from the upper part due to the mite sucking the cell sap. gradually the leaf turns and dries completely.
For control of this use Spiromesifen 22.9% SC@ 250 ml/acre or Abamectin 1.9 % EC@ 150 ml/acre or Propargite 57% EC@ 400 ml/acre

In carrot crop, measures should be taken to increase tuber size after 40 days of sowing.
To increase tuber size , first spray should be done with 00:52:34 @ 1 kg / acre.
After this, a second spray should be done 10-15 days before carrot harvest use 00:00:50 @ 1 kg / acre and with this use paclobutrazol @ 40% SC @ 30 ml / acre.

Due to the changes in the weather, as the cold is increasing, the dew drops have begun falling on the crops.
The dew drops increases the risk of disease in crops.
These days, snowy dew is often seen in the morning.
In such times, much attention is needed on crops.
Crops are destroyed due to excess dew fall, the leaf turns black, the growth of crops stops. In this disease, the leaf of the crop becomes yellow and slowly the crop gets destroyed.
To prevent this, use Pseudomonas fluorescens @ 250 gram/acre as a biological treatment.
