The dream of spraying fertilizer with drones will come true, the government is giving subsidy

If a farmer does farming traditionally using the old method, he can grow only one crop at a time. At the same time, there is new age farming in which more work is done in less time by the use of modern agricultural equipment and due to saving time, the farmer can pay attention to other crops also. Farmers can do hours of work in minutes by using new technologies. Nowadays, agricultural drones are also gradually being used among new agricultural technologies. With its help, spraying of fertilizers and pesticides is done very quickly and easily. Considering these qualities of drones, the government is also giving subsidies to drones.

The Bihar government has also started a pilot project to emphasize spraying pesticides through drones in Rabi crops. Farmers registered on the DBT portal of the state agriculture department can take advantage of this scheme. In this scheme, the government will give the farmers a subsidy of Rs 250 per acre. Through this, a farmer can spray pesticides with a drone in a maximum of 10 acres at a subsidy. The Plant Protection Department will take online applications from farmers under this scheme.

Chances of heavy rain in South India and increase in cold in other states

A new Western Disturbance on December 23 and 24 may give good snowfall in the mountains. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Coastal Karnataka and southern Andhra Pradesh may also receive light rain. From December 18, the minimum temperature may drop again in North and Central India. There is a possibility of light rain in some parts of Rajasthan on 23 December.

The cyclonic wind area formed in the Bay of Bengal can create low pressure and move towards the southeastern Arabian Sea. Due to its impact, there is a possibility of torrential rain in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep. There is a possibility of rain in Andhra Pradesh, Coastal Karnataka, Central Maharashtra, South Konkan and Goa. There will be light rain in Arunachal Pradesh and East Assam. There is a possibility of snowfall once again in the mountains but snowfall will occur only on the higher mountains. The minimum temperatures in Central India including North India will be slightly below normal but due to strong sunlight during the day, there will be less feeling of cold.

Watermelon and Muskmelon field preparation

Land preparation: For sowing watermelon and Muskmelon, sandy and sandy loam soil are best. For the good growth and root development of the plants, it is necessary for the soil to be friable. Generally, the first ploughing is done with soil turning plough and after that, apply FYM @ 4 Ton + Speed Kompost 4 kg + Neem cake @ 100 kg, per acre evenly in the field. And do 2-3 ploughing with the help of a harrow. Remove other unwanted material present in the field, if the moisture in the soil is less, then irrigate first, then prepare the field, and at last make the field level by level.

Nutrient management: At the time of crop transplanting/ sowing, DAP 50 kg + Boronated SSP Granular 75 kg + MOP 75 kg + Multi Zinc (Zinc Sulphate 10 kg) + Magnesium Sulphate 10 kg + Watermelon/Muskmelon Samriddhi Kit – TB3 (NPK Consortia) @ 3 kg + Taba G (Zinc Solubilizing Bacteria) @ 4 kg + Tri-Coat Maxx (Seaweed, Amino, Humic) @ 4 kg + Combat (Trichoderma viride 1.0 % WP) @ 2 kg, @ 13 kg, mix all together and broadcast evenly one acre.

Severe cold in North India, there will be rain and snowfall here

Tuesday morning started with severe cold and fog in many states of North India including the country’s capital. The morning temperature in Delhi was recorded at 8 degrees Celsius. Whereas in Lucknow, the capital of UP, the morning temperature was 13.8 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, today the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be 24 degrees and the minimum temperature is expected to be 6 degrees. At the same time, from 13 to 15 December, the maximum temperature can be around 23 degrees and the minimum temperature can be around 6-7 degrees.
