The female of the root knot nematode lays eggs inside the root, or above the root.
Newborns nematodes after hatching out of their eggs move towards the root. They consume root cells. And form knot in the roots
Nematodes affect the Growth of plants leaving the plant underdeveloped.
The color of the leaves becomes light yellow.
The plant dries up and dies when there is heavy infestation.
To control this, do deep plowing of land in the summer season.
Use neem cake at the rate of 80-100 kg per acre.
Effective control of root knot nematodes is also done by using Pacelomycaceus linaceous 1% WP 2–4 kg per acre of mixed with well rotten dung manure at the time of field preparation.

In this tweet, he wrote that “100 crore rupees are being deposited in the account of 5 lakh farmers of the state today under the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana. From December 1, under the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, 2000 rupees of the 7th installment have started coming into the bank accounts of the farmers. Good news: Government will open farmer canteens in Madhya Pradesh

The Shivraj Chauhan government of Madhya Pradesh is preparing to build a farmer canteen on the lines of the army canteen specially designed for the army. It is reported that these farmer canteens are proposed to be opened in the A class mandis of the state. This information has been given by Madhya Pradesh Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel.

Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel said that ‘mandis with all facilities are being built. The farmer sells his produce in the mandis and takes an empty trolley and goes to the mandi. But now all the good quality items from fertilizer, seeds, household goods, petrol will be available in the mandis itself. The farmer will not have to wander from here to shop. Shopping malls will be built in the mandis.
