Along with agriculture, many farmers do animal husbandry to earn extra income. To promote animal husbandry, the government also provides loans at low interest. Farmers can get this loan by making a Pashu Kisan Credit Card.

At present, this scheme has been started by the Haryana Government, but soon this scheme is likely to be started in other states also. 56 thousand farmers have taken the benefit of this scheme so far.

PAN card and Aadhar card are necessary to make this card. First of all, it is mandatory to get KYC done. Also, passport size photographs have to be submitted. You can get this card made by visiting your nearest bank. You will be issued an Animal Credit Card one month after you apply.
