Meteorological department alert, will have to face the torture of severe cold wave

Due to snowfall in the mountains, an alert of severe cold has been issued in North India. The Meteorological Department has predicted a severe cold wave in Delhi NCR and most of the states of North India. Delhi may have to face four-degree torture in the new year.
