Government will buy moong at the rate of Rs 7275 per quintal
This time in the summer season, the farmer brothers have got a bumper crop of moong. However, due to its very low price in the market, they are suffering a lot financially. To end the problems of farmers the Madhya Pradesh government has again announced to buy moong in the state at the minimum support price. Under this, the state government is starting the registration from July 18.
According to this, from July 18, farmers of the state can register for selling moong at MSP. Under this, the state government will procure moong from the farmers at the rate of Rs 7 thousand 275 per quintal, which is more than the price available in the market. Along with this, the government has requested to purchase 4 lakh 3 thousand metric tonnes of moong, so that more and more farmers can get the benefit of their produce.

Know how to transplant paddy by SRI method and its benefits
-
In this method only 2 kg of seed is required per acre and in this method nursery can be transplanted at the age of 12-14 days only.
-
While transplanting with this method, the distance between the plant to the row is kept 25 x 25 cm, in which weeding is also easy.
-
The farmer gets more profit with less expenditure.
-
Less use of pesticides.
-
The crop is ready for early ripening, that is, the crop is ready in a short period. It is easy to convert one crop farming system to two crop farming systems in rain dependent conditions.
-
In this method, by giving priority to organic manure, it is possible to improve the physical condition of the soil, increase water holding capacity, air circulation in the soil, control soil temperature, etc., which is a good sign for the future.
-
The growth of the roots of paddy is more, the buds also come out more.
-
In this method, the length of the earheads is also more than the earlier method and the number of grains and the weight of the grains are also more.
-
This method does not depend much on water, that is, 15-20 percent more yield of paddy can be easily obtained in one third of the water as compared to the earlier method. Productivity per unit of paddy can be increased up to one and a half times.

Measures for the problem of fall armyworm pest in maize crop
This pest attacks at all stages of maize. Generally it attacks the leaves of maize, but in case of severe infestation, it also starts harming the corn cob. The larvae attack the upper part of the plant or the soft leaves, small holes appear on the leaves of the affected plant.
Newborn larvae scrape and eat the leaves of the plant, causing white stripes to appear on the leaves. As the larva grows up, it completely eats the upper leaves of the plant. Apart from this, they also eat soft leaves by entering inside of the plant.
control measures
To control, spray Emanova (Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG) @ 100 gm or Barazide (Novaluron 5.25% + Emamectin Benzoate 0.9% SC) @ 600 ml + Silico Maxx @ 50 ml, @ 150 to 200 liters of water per acre.
