Farmers will get 25 percent discount on the purchase of electric tractor

The demand for electric tractors has started increasing among Indian farmers as well. In view of this, with the aim of motivating the farmers to buy electric tractors, the government is making various schemes. In this episode, the Haryana government has announced a 25 percent discount to the farmers who buy electric tractors.

This exemption will be given to those 600 farmers of the state who will apply for this first. To get this exemption, farmers will have to book an e-tractor by September 30. If less than 600 applications come, then this exemption will be given to all the farmers. At the same time, when the number of applications exceeds 600, then the decision to give relaxation will be given through lucky draw.

This means that three winners will be announced every third day and the wall clock prize will be delivered to the winners’ home a few days after the winner is announced.

To participate in the Gram Prashnotri, you have to go to the Quiz option through the menu bar on the left upper corner of the Gramophone app and answer the simple questions asked there everyday.

  • During the Kharif season, the temperature fluctuates and there is a lot of moisture in the atmosphere, due to which the attack of sucking insects can happen at any time in the life cycle of the crops.

  • Sucking insects like thrips, aphid, jassid, mites, whitefly, all these insects cause great damage to the crop by sucking the sap of the leaves of the crops.

  • For thrips management use Profenofos 50 % EC @ 500 ml/acre or Acephate 75 % SP @ 300 gram/acre or Lambda Cyhalothrin 4.9 % CS @ 250 ml /acre or Fipronil 5% SC @ 400 ml/acre.

  • For Aphid/ jassid management use Acephate 50 %+ Imidacloprid 1.8 %SP @ 400 gram/acre or Acetamiprid 20 % SP @ 100 gram/acre or Imidacloprid 17.8% SL @ 100 ml/acre

  • For white fly management use Diafenthiuron 50 % WP @ 250 gram/acre or Flonicamid 50% WG @ 60 gram/acre or Acetamiprid 20 % SP @ 100 gram/acre 

  • For Mites management use Propargite 57% EC @ 400 ml /acre or Spiromesifen 22.9% SC @ 200 ml/acre or Abamectin 1.9 % EC @ 150 ml/acre.

Farmers of Madhya Pradesh can get more than five thousand crore rupees as insurance for Kharif crops destroyed due to excessive rains last year. For this, assessment of crop damage is being done. After assessment, these will be sent to the beam companies.

Let us inform you that last year more than 44 lakh farmers had insured Kharif crops in the state. Last year, soybean suffered the most.   • To avoid insect infestation, spray Fipronil 5% SC @ 30 ml/pump or Beauveria @ 50 gm/pump. To control fungal diseases, spray Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% @ 30 gm/pump or Pseudomonas fluorescens + Trichoderma @ 25+50 gm/pump. For good growth of the nursery, spray humic acid @ 10 gm/pump.

The continuous dry winds from the western direction are not allowing the monsoon to progress further. Rain will continue in eastern and southern districts of Madhya Pradesh but western districts will remain dry for few days. Punjab, Haryana and West Rajasthan including Delhi may have to wait for monsoon till July. Good rains will continue over East India and North East India. Monsoon is likely to remain subdued over South India as well.
