Government gave big gift to agriculture sector in budget 2021

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented the budget of 2021 in the Lok Sabha. The matter of doubling the income of farmers has been reiterated in this budget. Along with this, many gifts have been given to the agriculture sector in the budget.

  • Support price will be increased by one and a half times.
  • Support prices of pulses, wheat, paddy and many other crops were increased.
  • The system of One Nation One Ration Card came into force in 32 states.
  • 5 large fishing hubs will be built across the country.
  • 1000 new mandis to be added from E-NAM.
  • Women will get permission to work in all shifts.
  • Ownership plan will be applicable.
  • Credit target of agriculture will be increased to 16 lakh crore.
  • Operation Green Scheme will be started.
  • 1 crore beneficiaries will be added to the Ujjwala scheme.

Farmers can earn well from Fish farming. However, it also costs a lot, so many farmers do not use it as a business. However, now enough subsidy has also been given to the farmers of Madhya Pradesh by the government to start fish farming business. With the help of this subsidy, farmers can adopt this business.

For this, the farmers of Madhya Pradesh should have their own land. The government is providing a 50% subsidy for construction of ponds on this land. The farmers of all districts of Madhya Pradesh can avail this subsidy. However, small and marginal farmers of SC, ST, women category are given priority in this.

Explain that the total expenditure of the total fish farming unit is up to Rs 7 lakh. 50% of this entire expenditure will be received from the government in the form of subsidy and the remaining amount will have to be given by the beneficiary himself or from banks.

For fungal diseases: Spray hexaconazole 5% SC @ 400 gram/acre or  Thiophanate Methyl70% W/P @ 300 gram/acre

Use Pseudomonas fluorescens @ 250 gram/acre as a biological treatment

For pest management: Emamactin benzoate @ 5% SG @ 100 gram/acre or chlorantraniliprole @ 18.5% SC @ 60 ml/acre

Use Beauveria Bassiana   @ 250 gram/acre as a biological treatment.
