Will get a grant of 48 thousand rupees, keep the fields safe from stray animals

Farmers grow crops with their hard work, but sometimes stray animals, nilgai and wild animals attack the crops causing huge damage. To avoid these losses, the farmer must get his fields fenced, although it takes a lot of money to get the fence done, so the common farmer does not think about it. However, the government also helps farmers to fence their fields. A fencing scheme is also being implemented in Rajasthan. The scheme provides grants for carrying out fencing works across the state. Since the inception of the scheme till now, a grant of more than Rs.69 crore has been provided to the farmers.

Let us inform you that this year the government is going to spend Rs 444.40 crore for the fencing scheme. This information was recently given by the state’s Agriculture Minister Mr. Lalchand Kataria. It is noteworthy that the Rajasthan government is running a crop protection mission for the farmers of the state under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Saathi Yojana, under which fencing work is being completed. In this scheme, 60% or a maximum of Rs 48,000 is given to small and marginal farmers, while 50% or a maximum of Rs 40,000 is given to other farmers.
