Subsidy of Rs 7000 will be given on the cultivation of these crops

Changes in the environment are being seen due to global warming and many other reasons, due to which there is very little rain in many areas. Due to this, farmers are not able to cultivate crops like paddy which require a lot of water. In such a situation, a big step has been taken by the Haryana government, due to which the farmers are happy.

The state government of Haryana is encouraging the farmers to alternative farming with seeds due to the extreme fall in the water table in the region. The government has now encouraged the direct sowing of paddy as well as other alternative crops and has announced subsidies at different rates for this.

The government is encouraging farmers to replace paddy with pulses, oilseeds, vegetables, horticulture, cotton, maize and whitewash. For this farming, farmers are being given a subsidy of Rs 7000 per acre. It is noteworthy that the farmers who do not grow anything in their fields instead of paddy will get the benefit of this subsidy.
