Grow apples on 50 percent subsidy

Apple is a fruit which is always in demand, that is why good profits are obtained from it. If we talk about maximum apple cultivation in India, then it is done in Kashmir. Apple is the biggest source of income for the farmers here. Apple gardening provides employment to approximately 30 lakh people in Kashmir. However, due to continuous rains in Kashmir for the last few days, apple production has been deeply affected. Seeing these problems of apple orchard farmers, the government has also come forward to help.

The government has decided to provide subsidy to the farmers for apple cultivation as a help. In view of this season, Jammu and Kashmir Administration and Horticulture Department are emphasizing on planting as many trees as possible. By doing this the income of local farmers will increase. Let us tell you that up to 50% subsidy is being given to the farmers on plantation of new variety of apples. To avail the benefit of grant, you can also contact the Jammu and Kashmir Administration and Horticulture Department.
