Government will give 50% subsidy for onion warehouse

Many beneficial schemes are being run by the Madhya Pradesh government for the farmers. One of these schemes is also going on for the construction of an onion warehouse. Under this, a huge subsidy of 50 percent is being given to the farmers of Madhya Pradesh for the construction of warehouses.

If you are also planning to build a warehouse to keep your crop safe, then you can take advantage of this scheme. Explain that the maximum cost of Rs 3,50,000 is charged for a warehouse with 50 metric tonnes of storage, in which farmers will get a maximum of Rs 1,75,000 as subsidy.

The benefit of this scheme can be taken by those farmers belonging to scheduled castes and tribes of the state who cultivate onion in at least a 2-hectare areas. For more information about this scheme, you can contact the Horticulture Department of Madhya Pradesh.
