In this context, the government has started the Aroma Mission to help the farmers. Under this, farmers are to be trained to cultivate aromatic crops. Geranium: Medicinal medicines, soaps, perfumes and beauty products are manufactured using geranium. Let us tell you that geranium cultivation can give good production in less water.

Mentha: Mentha or mint is used in the manufacturing of beauty products, toothpaste and many other products. India is currently the largest producer of mentha oil in the world.

Vetiver: Vetiver or Khus cultivation gives good profits with very low agricultural expenditure. Farmers also earn money from poppy flowers, roots and leaves as they are widely used in the manufacturing of expensive perfumes, beauty products and medicines.

Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha is most commonly used in many medical systems of India. Especially it is used in Ayurveda and Unani medicines.
