Medicinal Properties of Mushroom

The government keeps bringing many types of schemes so that farmers can take advantage of new employment opportunities in rural areas. Through these schemes, farmers also get a good subsidy. A similar subsidy can also be given to farmers on mushroom cultivation. Giving information in this regard, the officer of the Horticulture Department of Madhya Pradesh said that to join this scheme, you can apply on www.fsts.com through MP Online.

Under this, the total cost of starting a mushroom unit has been fixed at around Rs 20 lakh. The government provides subsidy of up to 50% on this cost. This means that farmers will get subsidy of up to Rs 10 lakh through this scheme.

Symptoms of damage

Both nymphs and adults of this Insect damage the crop. This insect stops the growth of plants, by sucking the sap from the stems, leaves and flowers of the plants. Due to which the plants remain weak, small and dwarf and the yield is reduced. and sucking of sap by this insect, the leaves shrink and in case of severe infestation, the plant dies.

control measures

  • For the control of this pest, Spray media (Imidacloprid 17.8% SL) @ 50 ml or Thiamethoxam 25% wg @ 40 gm, or Lancer Gold (Acephate 50% + Imidacloprid 1.8% SP) @ 400 gm + (silico max) @ 50ml per acre,  @ 150 to 200 liters of water.

  • For biological control, spray briged B (BEAUVERIA BASSIANA 1.15% WP) @1 kg/acre @ 150-200 liters of water.

  • Apart from this, farmers should install yellow sticky traps @ 8-10 per acre, in the field to report pest infestation. This will indicate the pest outbreak, on the basis of which the farmers can save the crop from pest infestation by adopting the above mentioned measures.

The name of this scheme of the Uttar Pradesh government is Nand Baba Dudh Mission and under this, animal breeders of the state are being given subsidy on the purchase of cow. The main objective of this subsidy scheme is to promote the dairy industry in the state. If you buy a Desi cow, then you can get assistance of up to Rs 40 thousand under the Gau Samvardhan Yojana. Apart from this, if you want to buy Gir, Sahiwal, Tharparkar etc. cows, then subsidy will be made available to you. To avail the benefits of the scheme, you can take the application form of this scheme from the Animal Husbandry Department and apply.

Cultivation of horticultural crops can be beneficial for farmers. The government also gives subsidy on the cultivation of horticultural crops, by taking advantage of which farmers can increase their income. Let us tell you that about 50% subsidy is being provided to the farmers by the Government of India for cultivating fruits and vegetables. So that they can improve their financial condition along with getting good yield.

For your information, let us tell you that the National Horticulture Board is providing subsidy facility for the cultivation of various crops in different areas of horticulture. On cultivating it in protected area, about 50% subsidy is being given on cultivating capsicum, tomato, cucumber or flowers inside polyhouse, greenhouse or shadenet. At the same time, about 40% subsidy is being given on cultivating guava, mango, amla etc. in open field. About 40% subsidy is also being given on mushroom cultivation.
